Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

I'd rather have kaepernick than Alex personally. Could be some upside there. Alex got beat out by a guy who isn't even in the league in 12 games. [Reply]
Couldn't beat out Blaine freaking Gabbert, who has a job, while Kaepernick doesn't.
And if you think it had nothing to do with his kneeling on the national anthem you probably also think the reason he is unsigned is his level of play capabilities as well, which would both be wrong assumptions on your part. [Reply]
He might make top 16 putting him exactly middle of the road. I think with rookies and all he is worse than that. After all he was the 16th QB in the top 100 which is voted by players which is somewhat biased but it is very telling on several fronts, mainly that he is not feared at all by his competitors/peers. Just because he was on the TEAM that had that record doesn't make it his doing. Sure there have been a FEW games where he was the difference but mostly he just didn't fuck up. If it wasn't for the defense those W-L totals would be just the opposite at best. [Reply]

Kap got exposed for his lack of emotional and intellectual maturity on and off the field. He did not take his game to the next level choosing not to grow in the QB position for whatever reason/reasons and the whole "NA thing" was just symbolic of his lack of maturity not seeing the bigger picture and being more wise about his political position and how to express it better. **** THAT.
Number one receiver who didn't play like one and running backs that were well below average in production compared to the year previous... Yet it's Smith's fault.
