I'm still amazed they passed on Fields...he might not have been their 1st choice but has more potential than either of their current QBs.
It was set-up perfect...they could sit him for year. He was cheap and didn't cost any additional draft capital.
All for a CB...KC drafted the top-rated rookie CB in the 4th round last year.
They will likely be picking top 10 again next year with the same problem...and both the Giants and Eagles have multiple 1st round picks...Philly has 3. Good luck having a top QB fall in their lap...Steelers, Texans and Saints will be looking too. Texans will likely have the #1 over-all.
All they did was kick the can a year down the road instead of developing a QB THIS season...if Fields busts, all they would have lost is a CB. [Reply]

Packers are going to keep Rodgers...this is just off-season drama. It makes no sense for either of them to part ways...he's not going to want to finish his career in a division with Mahomes/Herbert. Neither the Dunks nor the Raiders have top coaching either...what's the point?
Here is the capper...Denver fans were hoping for a potential Watson trade. Philly has 3 1st round picks next year and is in the NFC. They can nab him and not really mortgage their future...and the Texans would get an immediate return to rebuild their team. [Reply]
