I love the fact that one meaningless win was potentially the difference in picking top 3 and getting their QB...there is a chance both Detroit and Carolina could trade out to a QB needy team. (Patriots/Bears)

That team won't get fixed until it fixes its arrogance problem. It's been there for decades, and it hasn't gone away even with these years of suck following their Super Bowl.

They've since given up finding franchise guys, because they believe their surrounding team is sooooo good that they can Trent Dilfer their way back to glory.
