The board entertainment when Baltimore went into pile high and won was peak Chiefs Plannet. Knowmo lost the bet and CP erupted in chaos. Lost any respect he had welching on that bet. People turned on him like wolves. [Reply]

Honestly, with all the injuries and young guys playing, my expectations are very minimal at this point. I don't get as bent or excited as I did years ago, especially with what's been going on in recent years.
There's no guarantee that Trevor will be the next great thing. So, whatever happens... happens.

And, you should... I know I've had my fun with you guys over the years, so fire away. I mentioned a few times before the season started that with all the craziness going on, there just wasn't that same excitement about football. The postponement of the TN/PIT game just tells me that there is certainly a possibility of more things like that happening unfortunately. So, add all that together and I'm just enjoying watching games at this point.
The Chiefs are going to dominate for a long time, so you guys have a lot to look forward to... (hurl) so, I'm just biding my time. Let the slings and arrows fly, PGM. [Reply]
Season has been fun as fuck, though I see no reason at all why all the outdoor teams don't have at least a third capacity. The lame ass fake noise makes games weird. Fun as fuck watching the Chiefs. But most games are unwatchable [Reply]

So, technically, there can only be one "generational QB"...but I was implying a QB that can compete with Mahomes doesn't come around very often.
Luck was the last QB that was a "cant miss" prospect...and because of front office ineptitude, never made the SB.
Lawrence was the Donks best shot for the foreseeable future...unless they get extremely lucky.
I'm also not guaranteeing Lawrence will be an All-Pro....but has the natural ability to become one.
Luck had a lot to do with Luck not making a Super Bowl. He obviously wasn't a "can't miss" prospect.
I don't think there is such a thing, frankly and I think tanking for Lawrence is an awful idea.
But oh well, he'll go to the Jets and fall just like everybody before him did. [Reply]
