I just feel like everyone is going to spend all week talking about Mahomes' ankle or Burrow being a Demigod or Chase against this young secondary or Lou Anarumo being a psychopath...and then in the end it's just going to Samaje Perine bludgeoning Bolton and Gay to death.

Much like Buffalo, Cincinnati fans can hang their hats on those wins. Perhaps they can even make a banner to commemorate those regular season wins. Either way KC will continue to lower SB Champions banners.

Typical use of a statistic to mislead. You say you're 1-1 against the Chiefs in the AFCCG, but it overlooks the greater truth that the Chiefs have been in the AFCCG every year for the past 6 years and the Bengals have only shown up in the game twice. Furthermore, in those 6 AFCCG game appearances we've gone on to win the Super Bowl 3 times. The Bengals have gone on to win the Super Bowl 0 times in their 2 AFCCG appearances. So, in the last 6 years the Chiefs have won 50% of the Super Bowls and the Bengals have won 0% of the Super Bowls. You can tout your "success" against the Chiefs, but it's not as if you really have anything to show for that "success" while the Chiefs have much more and much better hardware for their efforts. Joe Burrow has been injured 2-4 seasons in his career. Fifty percent. There's a good chance that goes to 60% after this year. [Reply]

Every time we talk football with a Bengals jaggoff they pull that one win against KC in the playoffs out of their ass. That's their one. Their one big moment.

We apparently have different definitions of "good chance." I don't consider a 10% chance very good.
But I guess it's not that much worse than most. [Reply]

Good read and perfectly sums up Bengals biggest problem...it's harder to beat a team that doesn't have Daniel Sorensen playing. Looking forward to Burrow building 'perfect chemistry' with Johnny Butterhands and the other chucklef**** that'll come post-Chase.
But look on the bright side, there's a chance your OL is bad enough to write off another season and gift wrap you another top end WR in the draft. [Reply]
