Try this recipe if you do roasted chicken often. It's a slam dunk. The potatoes are straight crack.
I got a helluva deal on a Nuwave Pro oven at Sam's closeout isle. Gave a test run with chicken drumsticks. Poured in a little liquid smoke sprinkled caved erst and paprika. Cooked at 350 for 12 minutes turned and did 350 10 more minutes. It was golden brown crispy skin and cooked perfectly. The kids and myself approved. This is possibly the best 29 bucks I've spent cooking utensil wise. [Reply]
