Here's a question for everyone. If we win Sunday but Joe has another terrible game and gives up another two sacks and a 15% pressure rate. And we yet again struggle to get the run game going. Would ya'll be happy to just "leave things as they are" for the superbowl or would you be concerned enough to look at making a change? This scenario could very well be on the table when the dust has settled. [Reply]
4.3 YPC is struggling in CP fantasy land where DJ Humphries is going to descend from the heavens and suddenly not be a guy who gives up instant pressures for drive-changing and possibly game-losing sacks [Reply]

How bad can this guy be? Thuney wouldn’t start at LT for any of the tier 1 college teams
Eh I wouldn't call it that. This is a dude who was hurried back because we had a red hot emergency to get him ready and it set him back. The comeback from injury has to have been very difficult. If he doesn't work out this year, I hope we find that the dude can still play well and we set the stage for him to be a long term LT. maybe we get a quality LT at a discount [Reply]

I think Clay and the "Thuney's an amazing LT" crowd would absolutely bitch if they moved someone else to LT right now. [Reply]

I've argued with you a bunch, but for run blocking I'd only count runs by the RBs or called run plays for the QB. If we do that it's just the RB carries, so I'd say we had 13 carries - 62 yards - 4.8 YPC - 1 TD.
Run blocking was actually pretty good. The pass blocking wasn't good at all though. Creed and Jawaan Taylor were the only 2 that were good. Creed was elite like usual and Jawaan allowed 1 pressure. [Reply]
