- Early career production - Dynamic threat downfield & after the catch - Elite speed & start-stop ability - Fluid mover w/ good route running chops - Ball tracking is A+
Not entirely sure why the vibe isn't higher when talking about him in the WR class. pic.twitter.com/dv3JjdyZgh
I'll write something fresh about Worthy tomorrow morning now that he's a Chief to lay out how he's more than speed, but for now here's an excerpt from article linked in the below tweet... https://t.co/EcW7QtUrFFpic.twitter.com/811ahCEfMS

Yeah, I am assuming almost every NFL team had Nabers, Harrison Jr, and Odunze as the top 3 WRs.
It is after that that proves who can scout. [Reply]

That's not the point. Nobody is going to care about Skyy, Hardman, and Toney after Worthy has a good rookie season, and this dumb narrative will be dead. [Reply]
Xavier Worthy on getting to play with Patrick Mahomes:
"Everybody thought the NFL was never gonna let the Chiefs get to me, but I'm here. I'm excited, man, just to be able to play with Pat. Seeing the success Tyreek Hill had in this offense, I feel like it will be amazing." [Reply]

I liked this pick just like the Rice pick so that means it's good!
I was rooting for Taylor and Pickens before those respective drafts. Hence why I was disappointed when we passed them up. This time I was rooting for Mitchell and I am disappointed again but I do think Worthy has a way better chance of proving my disappointment wrong than Clyde and Skyy did. We'll see. I will be rooting for him. [Reply]

The point is about decisions made when a GM has a tough choice to make. Brown and Smith were easy stuff. Yes Rice and Worthy may be able to lesson the blow of previous picks but what if Worthy doesn't hit? It would be a one in four hit rate which is diabolical. [Reply]
