My son was so worried about the Titans and Henry in the AFC championship game. He says “Dad they have Henry”! I said “son we have Mahomes”! “You wanna trade with em?
Silence
Then the other day he asks “Dad do you ever think the Chiefs are going to lose before the game starts”. I had to think about that and my answer was “no, not since we’ve had Mahomes. “I even expected to win the AFC championship game against the Patriots”
Thinking through that and saying it out loud made me realize just how far we’ve come.
No I don’t ever expect to lose. We have Mahomes son.
There's really no reason for him to not be the unanimous MVP winner.
But some douche will pick Justin Jefferson just to be different. A couple more will pick Hurts because "the eagles struggles when he was injured demonstrate how valuable he is!".
Allen will get some votes for his 'leadership during the Damar Hamlin ordeal' or some other such nonsense.
Mahomes will coast to the W, but anyone that doesn't vote for him, and there will be several, will just be flat ass wrong. [Reply]
