I've never seen him drop into coverage so I don't really know but when I have seen him he's awful. He needs to work on it to become a complete linebacker like Houston is. :-) [Reply]

Houston leads Von in pretty much every statistic (including last year): Sacks, Total Tackles, interceptions etc.. Houston even has a pick six.
Knowmo can't win a Houston vs. Miller debate. [Reply]

I've had this debate too many times. I don't want to get into it again [Reply]

Von Miller had more QB pressures from the left hash mark, during the third quarter, while raining, in early games, following a full moon, after the bye week, in weeks 1 and 5, with the wind in his face, at home than Houston!-Knowshit [Reply]

There have been weeks when the guys who win weekly honors put up bigger stat lines.
But in terms of impact, there might not be a guy who can match what C.J. Anderson did last week.
The Broncos running back was named AFC offensive player of the week, after his walk-off touchdown in overtime helped his team hand the Patriots their first loss of the season.
Anderson finished with 15 carries for 113 yards and two touchdowns, but it was that 48-yarder in overtime which effectively earned him this week’s honor.
Anderson has been a different back after the Broncos bye week (2.7 yards per carry before the bye, 6.3 yards per carry since), seemingly putting a toe injury behind him.
And perhaps the absence of Peyton Manning allows the Broncos to run a system closer to what coach Gary Kubiak prefers, but regardless the quarterback, Anderson’s looking like a guy they can count on late.

I suppose he wanted to get beaten on that play then. :-)
It's funny that a guy who was playing lb for most of his career in a 43 could be so bad in coverage. He looks horrible, just horrible in space. Yikes. [Reply]
Houston doesn't get doubled? I haven't watched the all 22 but I know he gets chipped too. I'm sure there's times he is. I guarantee you haven't watched all of our snaps this season. [Reply]

No he's not. Von is quick in the first 5 yards. No ****ing way Von Miller is faster or quicker than a lot of CB's in this league. Most of then run sub 4.4's and have incredible 3 cones.
No LB is faster or quicker in coverage than CB's, especially in space. [Reply]
