That has nothing to do with quickness. Either he didn't do a good enough job rerouting the TE to the inside or the safety played it wrong.

He's a passrusher, not a coverage linebacker. He could be good in coverage if he wanted to, he's faster/quicker than a lot of CB's. :-)
