I'm the same way. I really like it, but I always feel bogged down all day if I do. I can do some fruit. Jimmy Dean Sausage Biscuits work pretty well. Not too heavy and small portions. Fruit smoothies work pretty well too. Most of the time I just drink a gatorade and go on.

Man. You boys are eating good. Good looking grub on both counts. [Reply]

Curious but do you prefer breakfast sausage to bacon? I like breakfast sausage with scrambled eggs and bacon with a runny egg or bacon with everything. Egg looks great btw, how did you cook it? Edit: never mind soft boiled. [Reply]

Depends on the day. I like both, and I had both. Wife wanted sausage.
I did the eggs in the sous vide bath. Whites were a little looser in some of them than I'd have preferred, but oh well. [Reply]

167F for 13 minutes, per the Chef Steps instructions. That worked for the really small eggs (I had farm fresh eggs, so they were all different sizes). The medium and larger ones weren't ready, so I put them back in for another couple minutes. [Reply]

All sounds good but after a couple of meals with the same meat I would be getting tired of it. Make a couple and freeze the rest is what I would do. [Reply]

Definitely. Probably half of it is going in vacuum sealed bags. [Reply]
