Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Normally I'd agree, but Andy was right to abandon the run after we managed 14 yards and 13 attempts. He ended up putting his entire faith behind the arms and legs of Patrick last night and as it's happened many times before, it paid off. [Reply]
For the last 6 years, Mahomes is doing to other teams what we endured on a constant basis for the last 40 years: beating teams at the end with a comeback.
Elway, Fouts, Rivers, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Harbaugh, Rothlisberger, Jim Kelly, Marino, Warren Moon, Rodgers, Favre, Brady, and I'm sure I'm missing plenty.
I bet he's feeling pretty all-around sore today. Two weeks of not taking a hit followed by that absolute dogpound of a game. That man got his ass kicked by two different football teams last night and still came out the victor. [Reply]

I enjoy them. After years where our shock value stat was not throwing a TD to a receiver for 20 games or managing 6 sacks in one season it’s a nice change of pace. [Reply]
What a comeback under the most difficult of circumstances. Just put the team on his back and forced his way to a W, just like that TD run he had last night. And how poetic that he ran that TD in, like he did in the AFCCG in 2019. [Reply]

This is what elite QBs do and why they command the salary they do. They can will their team to wins that should be losses. Patrick does this so often that we sometimes take for granted how special he really is. [Reply]
