Most leagues QB's get bonus points for rushing TD's so guys that run a lot get elevated value like Allen, Hurts, Lamar etc.

Gambling and fantasy football feed the NFL. These guys get fluffed based on fantasy value far too much.

And rushing yardage is more valuable than passing.

Passing is usually 25 yards for 1 point.

Rushing is usually 10 yards for 1 point.
