Yeah, as you look down the first 3 columns of Gm/Passer/TDs, it's showing who has the most career TDs after that number of games..... so after 2 career games, Mahomes had fewer than Mariota's 6, but must have thrown (at least) 5 TDs in his 3rd career game to pass everyone.
Then at the bottom of the 2nd group of columns/top of the 3rd, you can see Marino and Mahomes were tied at 139 career TDs in their first 58 games. Marino had 3 TDs in his 59th game and Mahomes must have had fewer than that, then didn't catch up again until Mahomes had 3+ TDs in game 67.
And the '*' on game 70 is where Mahomes is at now, and he already has more TDs than Marino had after game 73, so he'll at least fill in the next 3 games.
And if Mahomes averages only 1 TD/game, he wouldn't be tied with Marino again until game 79/180 TDs.
