We need to know how the knee injury happened. If it was just a fluke thing because a player landed on him wrong, then this is being overly cautious.

But if it had something to do with him shoving off trying to dive forward, then this makes a lot more sense.

Either way it really sucks that teams know we will never QB sneak it.

I bet we could bring back Marcus Allen right now and he'd do better than our short yardage offense.

we screwed up two plays because we went away from the greatest short yardage player in chiefs history, michael burton

that is the coaching staff getting in their own head about "self scouting" and trying to go away from tendencies

they're going to go back to burton the next 10 times and convert all of them

If memory is correct the specialist at Children's Mercy sports meds said that my daughter has loose tendons that hold the kneecap into the socket. It is hereditary she does exercises to tighten as best can be. So maybe Patrick has something like that and not worth the risk.
