uhhh, maybe you aren't aware, but some of that stuff regarding being able to wreck a guy off the street is not ridiculous at all. I'll grant you that almost any man who is a trained MMA fighter would probably handle her easily, but if you don't know what you are doing with regard to brazilian ju-jitsu, your size is not going to keep her from choking you out or breaking some bones.
