Their lack of success has a ton to do with the fact KC has the better QB, GM, HC, and general coaching staff. Last year they got steamrolled by Cincy. Perhaps had they not taken their ball and gone home vs playing the Bengals because Hamlin they would have been more experienced against them and possibly won in the playoffs.

They traded the picks that became Patrick Mahomes and Justin Jefferson, it doesn't matter who they got when you do that, history isn't kind to you.
