And, if he wants anyone worth a fuck to replace Vajina, he'll have to beg them to work for him. Which means he'll probably have to roll the dice on another n00b. [Reply]
Sweet... best of luck to Vance in his next role. You tried, it didn't work out -- next.
Elway took over in 2011 - Brought in Fox, helped 'fix' the team and after the SB loss, moved on to Kubiak and after 2 years and a health scare, he 'retired'.
Brings us to Vance... and thankfully, they're not waiting to see if things get better. Cut your losses and move on.
Some are painting a picture that it will be so incredibly difficult to find a coach that is worth a damn. I think that's more wishful thinking, quite honestly. I'm glad Elway is moving on rather than fight through something like Dallas is doing. Garrett has 2 good seasons out of 9, this year might make 3.

Just move on.
Problem is that the organization is in shambles from ownership to janitors. No good proven coach is going to be knocking down the door to lead the team. Elfraud will have to settle for another unproven coordinator and hope he strikes gold. Could happen I suppose, but I wouldn't bet the hay barn on it. [Reply]

Yup, exactly what I was referring to. The blind confidence that Broncos fans have in the same guy that hired Vance in the first place is fucking hilarious. [Reply]

Yes. Time for new beginnings...Since Cleveland owns Denver now, we can officially refer to Denver as the Browncos.
Someone needs to take over the factory of sadness...:-) [Reply]
