In a multi cheese mix??? Absolutely delicious. It's much better than sliced sweaty feet aka provolone.

Its an acquired taste and texture, tough to explain the taste but the texture is very liquid and milky
When I eat Imo's I do the 50/50 provelmozz mix... all provel is a no go IMO

Or skip imo and get a real St louie pie. With actual loaded cheese and toppings on the super thin.

Nope. Never a reason to eat it. For pizza a mozzarella mix is always superior and for a sandwich it's cojack. Throw in Monterrey jack for taxos and i just don't see a reason to ever eat it.

Are you talking best pizza IN St. Louis, or best St. Louis STYLE?

I saw an analogy that might make provel more palatable.
Don't think of Imo's as pizza, think of it as pizza-flavored nachos.
Crispy cracker crust and gooey processed cheese, holding together great toppings.
It's even cut into tortilla chip sized squares.

Either or. Imo is a last ditched effort. Superior to PH PJ or Domino though so it has a place.

I never thought provolone has ever tasted like sweaty feet. I wouldn't put it on a pizza but melted on a sandwich it's great.

Go with cojack and you sure as hell don't melt it.
