Fangio is their d coord.
He’s prob going to keep safeties high with that shell look [Reply]

They struggled with a depleted Packers team with Love playing his worst football. Got bailed out by bad weather against a Rams team that nobody had as a contender. Their best playoff performance came against probably the worst defense in the playoffs and a team that turned the ball over 4 times (or was it 5?).
Yeah, if the weather wasn't such a factor for the Rams/Eagles game, I think the Chiefs are playing the Rams and McVay in the Super Bowl. (And I'd actually be a little more nervous about that matchup than I am here). [Reply]

And we’ll still destroy the middle of the field.
An undersized speed rusher and average DE is not going to put heavy pressure on Mahomes. They’re gonna rely on blitzing and Jalen Carter winning a ton which won’t happen. [Reply]

He doesn't have to throw the ball or carry the team because we have the best RB in football hands down. Two elite wr in brown and Smith and a very good TE in Goddert. One of the best offensive lines in football and a Defense that plays lights out. This is a better team this time around. As far as the NFC being weak. We Swept the AFC North including beating Baltimore on the road. Sleep on us if you want. Of course we are going to turn that Dome eagles green! Let's go!
Guess who else swept the AFCN, on their way to the best record in the league? I’ll give you a hint, they’re about to threepeat! [Reply]
Who cares if they have Barkley? Also, who cares that Mahomes was hurt in 2022?
The final score was 38-35. A healthy Mahomes and the addition of Barkley wouldn't have resulted in more points. It wasn't a good game for either defense. [Reply]
This is also exactly what we want, were a talented team with the best QB ever that has great coaching and scheme..facing a team with virtually no scheme other than we have 15 plays and we're just gonna out talent you. [Reply]

He's still dangerous on those sneaks because he is powerful and gets really low.
But his mobility looks much worse than last time we played them. [Reply]

Ed Oliver and Jalen Carter aren't significantly better than one or another. Carter is bigger though but younger and may be more easily confused. [Reply]

The key is Hurts. Some days he looks good still, others he looks like Jimmy G of 2019.
I think the drop-off Hurts has experienced will come pretty close a wash with the Barkley addition IMOP. I don't know how many off you remember, but Hurts played out of his mind in that game. NO F'in WAY he replicates that. [Reply]
