QBs sure seem to shit their pants a lot with Houston on their tail....including Brady. Against Denver? He could a made a sandwich in the pocket. [Reply]
Mark McGuire was a much better player than Sammy Sosa because McGuire's home runs would travel on average 430 feet, while Sosa's only traveled about 400 feet. /MagicDerp [Reply]

#PassRushCity
We've given up more pass yards because teams are throwing more to keep up with Manning. On a per play basis, our pass defense is better, giving up 5.5 YPA compared to KC's 5.7. [Reply]

It sure does when you're evaluating how valuable each player is to their team.
Another point to consider is the games in which the players are getting sacks. 53% of Houston's sacks have come in 7 games. Not just any 7 games, the 7 most meaningless games KC has played. 4 were against NFC teams, and 3 were against the dredges of the AFC (Jacksonville, Tennessee, Jets).
In 57% of his games, he's failed to get to the QB at all.
In 17 AFCW games, he has 5.5 sacks.
Only 40% of his multisack games were against teams that made (or are likely to make) the playoffs.
Now compare this to Von:
He's produced the biggest in the most meaningful games, with 14 sacks in 18 AFCW games.
He's only been held sackless in 33% of his games.
He doesn't pile up huge sack numbers in games against bad teams, 78% of his multi-sack games were against teams that made/will make the playoffs. [Reply]
