Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

So according to this logic Eli Manning was better than Brady for a ten year stretch after beating him twice in the superbowl? SMH.
Burrow has been carried by his defense in the playoffs. [Reply]
That had nothing to do with their wins against Tennessee & Vegas. Cincy defense has been carrying him even though the media pretends otherwise. Burrow’s QBR grade is less than 50 across the 3 games.

You want to be the top guy then win the SB more than once. If Burrows loses then fails the next season to go back then the shine will come off right quick. [Reply]
This is what I believe will ultimately separate Joe Burrow from Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes is otherworldly gifted, but Burrow has the acumen we haven’t seen since Brady and plays the game at that cerebral a level. In playoffs, where mistakes are magnified, can be difference maker https://t.co/6cUJWEhnW0
Yeah - Burrow the guy who took 2-3 absolutely horrible sacks vs. the Titans to knock his team out of FG range vs. Mahomes - the guy who 99% of the time knows the situation any time on the field and during the play.

Andy in the presser question asked about the last play at half, Andy said "so i was hoping we'd get the ball in the end zone I probably gave him the wrong play to start with i could have gave him a better call I take responsibility for that. Patricks already won a Super Bowl so why not trust him on anything but like Andy said he is the one that gave the wrong play at the goal line. The game right there took a hinge. The Bengals went into the locker room confident and Chiefs lost focus after that.
Football games are full of highs and lows and momentum changes. I thought we'd get the momentum back after Sneed interception but the offense just couldn't muster more than a field goal but God fuckng damn >< to another Super Bowl.
This was a learning year for Patrick he really never had to go through so much adversary on his own terms this was his growing pains you learn more about yourself losing than winning. I've said this season will propel Patricks career much farther than the years before where he didn't know better than make plays. This year he had to learn and what he needs to do and especially Andy Reid learn to rely on the run game to keep teams from dropping 8 into coverage. Andy has always been a passing coach he lives and dies by passing the ball. There is no better passer or play maker than Patrick Mahomes II in the league and most exciting just one half didn't get it done but all the greats have had their misfortunes or let downs. Patrick is by far the most fun quarterback to watch and wouldn't want any other. [Reply]
