As much as I like to dis the Donks, I have to give credit where credit is due. That defense is still legit and they came to play both games. They have been the most effective defense that the Chiefs have faced this year. One defense has held the Chiefs under 30 points. One team has kept the Chiefs out of the end zone on their opening drive and they did it both games. A field goal in Dungver, a punt in Arrowhead. Of course they still gave up 27 and 30 points. But still. If they had a competent quarterback, they could have split with us. The defense did their part. [Reply]

The good news is next year is another year older for their aging D. Gonna be ANOTHER new coach, ANOTHER new system, and with Roby on the chopping block and nobody wants to give a discount to play with Keesum. By the time they get a qb and a system that work together that D will be much different.

Here's another interesting fact....KC has beat the eventual SB champions each of the last 3 years and has beaten the SB contenders the last two years straight. An NFL record.
