A handful of times I've forgotten to. I don't live in a great neighborhood but violent crime is somewhat rare around here. Mostly junkies breaking into cars, sheds, and occasionally homes. I have a handful of guns and a 94 lb presa canario. The pitbull wouldn't do shit but the big girl would lay into anyone that came in uninvited.. [Reply]
If you're a Donk QB in Denver...looks like the cops will blow off testing you for booze after you belligerently walk into a strangers house.
The ironic part of the police trying to protect him by not giving him a breathalyzer...is it opened up another can of worms...and people are speculating hard drugs. He's definitely on something in that mugshot.
If he wasn’t driving a vehicle do they have the right to do a breathalyzer on him? [Reply]

He may have been asked and refused or told by his lawyer to do so. A buddy of mine had a couple DUIs and was advised by his lawyer not to do any field sobriety test. Easier to get you off the hook if they don't have a number or footage to go off of.
I also haven't read the story or watched the video, if there is one. [Reply]
A typical drug test would return a positive result only for the presence of a range of specific substances. There are many other intoxicants that might be in someone’s system that wouldn’t be detected. [Reply]
No need to, at least for me. I smoke but not inside so I'm constantly in and out sitting on my front porch. My neighbors and a lot of passer-byers have also seen my dogs, which I imagine would be a deterrent itself. Both my pups are very friendly but, because they are bullies, are fairly intimidating. Good morning. Don't have much time. Just popping in to refresh how miserable the Broncos franchize has become. Best 5 minutes of my morning. LOL [Reply]

After we beat them Sunday it will comedy gold watching them implode the rest of the year. Trap game for us but with an improved pass rush it seems unlikely Keenum can handle the pressure of the noise and being in a must win situation. He will screw the game up. [Reply]

Is it really a trap game? I mean c'mon - it's the Browns on the road the next week. Would we really be looking ahead to that game instead of focusing on putting our foot on the throat of a division rival at home?
Seems like it should just be a simple 10-13 pt win that's never really in doubt. [Reply]
