Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

He's actually pretty terrible now. He's never been that great at talking on camera. The verbal tics and buzzphrases he relies on would make for fun drinking games. Just count the number of times he begins an answer to a question with some variant of, "Yeah, I mean, here's a guy who ________"
But now that everything is so formalized into TV segments, he's been given no freedom to do any deep dives except on that Unbuttoned podcast, and even then the amount of good material he delivers isn't close to what he used to do when he was with Bleacher Report. [Reply]

Most impressive wins - against the Chiefs and I guess the Patriots
Most impressive losses - Jags
Otherwise, they were not some impressive juggernaut team. The did score a lot of points and had a shutout against the hapless Texans. [Reply]

He's the Cover 2 killer we've been looking for in a lot of ways. They can't just keep those safeties deep if he's a threat to make a guy miss and take it 25 yards on a simple swing pass.
At the very least he presents a credible threat that will keep them honest.
I hope to God that Andy doesn’t start CEH on Sunday night.

His QB boards are strange. Last few years high upside players at the top but he falls in love with crappy college QBs that remind him of himself sometimes. [Reply]
