They get so excited for the games. "If X goes right, if Lock/Bridgewater have good games, if our defense can get to Mahomes, if..." It's almost exhausting to hear them explain just how much has to go right for them to have a chance. I just smile solemnly, and nod, because I know how it's going to end for them. They get that sort of naive hope like i used to when it was freaking Grbac against Elway.
