Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
As someone who loves and studies OL play this holding call on Wylie disgusted me. The DE goes B, 51 comes to shoot the C gap but Wylie walls him off. As Wylie gets his hands inside and starts to drive Mahomes rolls, finding Bell. 1/3 @ArrowheadLivepic.twitter.com/NKN1kk37IB
man, I remember that day. I was just excited to see what we had; wasn't expecting much, was just happy we finally tried to get a franchise QB.
so many great throws in that video from Suzzer. I have to remind myself of the space I was in back then in terms of what I had seen a KC QB do;...that game seemed like every damn throw he was doing something I'd never seen. Seemed like each time we had the ball he did something that made me get out of my seat.
00:38 - smoke.
I wasn't getting too excited; I thought "dang....kid had an amazing first start". but really didn't allow myself to completely in until the SF game at Arrowhead the following year and that scramble and bullet to who's name escapes me now... [Reply]

For me, and this may be weird, but when he hit that beautiful wheel route to The Sausage against...was it San Diego? I let myself believe. It was perfect. Right in the breadbasket. [Reply]
When he made that throw drifting away with Miller bearing down on him I knew it was all good. Could not believe it and I spent the entire offseason jizzing over that and a few other goodies before we got the sublime showing that was 2018-present. [Reply]

Yep; San Diego
yeah, those first couple games that year were unreal. I wasn't letting myself get too hyped up; like "this isn't real...it'll all come crashing down soon".

I hope the Donkeys get one soon so we can get mad at them, give them a shred of hope, and rip it away when it counts. :-)
Fuck that shit. You need to have your lone nut pulled off for talking like that. I hope this streak runs until I'm long dead and gone. Something like a 100+ games sounds good to me. [Reply]

Don't you remember how much fun the Green = Griese years were? [Reply]

Jake Plummer getting Eric Hicks to bite on literally every play action was etched into my childhood nightmares. As was Mile High being an automatic loss. [Reply]

It was a horrible call. The only reason it was called is because the bengals player threw his hands in the air begging for a flag. I’m still pissed about the refs from that game. [Reply]

On one of the pundit shows they pointed out that the same side judge made most of the bad calls against the Chiefs. Seriously need to investigate his finances. [Reply]
