Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?
Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? [Reply]

I sure wish I hadn't lost all my rifles in that boating accident, it's sounding like they could have become a cornerstone of my retirement supplement! [Reply]

22-250 is too small a bullet to hold its ballistics well over a distance you’d want to shoot an AR10. I don’t know about 243.
I know a guy that can regularly pop p-dogs out to 800+ yards with his bolt-action .243 win bolt-action. Don't see why you couldn't do the same in an AR-10 config. [Reply]

I went to my gun safe today and, would you believe it? All my rifles and all of my pistols were GONE!! Every damned one of them....
Betcha a dollar it was one of those Antifa ass-wipes........I should probably report them to the cops....yeah, I'll have to think about that.
If they ever reactivate the cops, yeah, you might want to let them know. Until then just lay low and wear a face diaper. Nothing can hurt you if you are wearing a face diaper. [Reply]

I don't think anyone has 9mm in stock.
Yep. I cannot recall when ammo has been so sought after that the shelves (at 99% off the stores) are empty. Worse? They have no idea whatsoever when they might be able to restock.
Hell, when they DO receive an order, it is gone within a couple of minutes.
Seems as though folks are a tad "worried".............. :-) [Reply]

Feels pretty much exactly like 2008 to me (or 2009. Whichever). I remember standing in a line over 100 people long outside the Sportsman's Warehouse by 6:00 am on a Saturday waiting for the delivery truck, and hoping I'd be able to buy any ammo for any one of my guns for any price by the time I got inside.
Which is why I decided to start reloading my own. Having the materials to roll 10,000+ of my own 9s allows me to go to bed with a smile on my face. [Reply]
