Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.
The guy who was banned from the Asian Tour for cheating in the 80s, who was banned from Australian PGA for financial improprieties, the same guy who admitted to taking a banned substance that players had been specifically warned about, the same guy who gets off on a technicality, is now suing the PGA for defamation.
He should have been banned for life from all organization tours 25 years ago. [Reply]
Thinking about a golf trip to STL this summer. Can anyone recommend what the good public courses are? Tapawingo looks like a must, nothing else has really jumped off the screen, just started looking yesterday though. Posted via Mobile Device [Reply]

The good public courses are scattered all over the area.
Tapawingo is a good choice, just ask when you make the tee time to stay off the Meramec Nine. It's not in bad shape, just boring compared to the other two nines.
The Missouri Bluffs is a must. Pevely Farms is a nice track.
Rest are on the Illinois side. Annbriar, Gateway National and Stonewolf are all nice tracks. [Reply]
