Well, it's clear they have to fire Vance Joseph... terrible. The team has no heart, no identity. I'm not even upset with Case, this is a team-wide funk and they just don't believe in each other. Sad really, the young guys are showing some promise.

Oh well.
Do you think your GM might also need to be held accountable as well? [Reply]
Thought for sure that little shit would come back to troll us about the 2 picks.
What's he going to say really? Mahomes has 14 TD and it took until game 5 to throw his first and second pick against the best D in the league. Keesum through his 8th pick today against the Jets and has less TD's than picks so far. Also, the Chiefs are 5-0, including a 6th straight win against his 2-3 Donks. Kinda hard to troll given those facts. Lol [Reply]

Certainly, Elway has made some mistakes - no doubt. Some want him to be replaced, some do not. I personally like having him there, but believe they need better people around him. Whomever owns responsibility for the last draft class... give that person a raise and a new title.
Musgrave is 'ok' as a QB guy, OC... and I'm really just fine if they fired Vance today. Seriously, there's no chemistry to break. The team is so lethargic, there's no central purpose - no identity. That all comes from the coach and Radio ain't getting it done. [Reply]

I think Elway's biggest flaw is unable to identify QB's thus far. Paxton hasn't worked out for you guys. Brought back Brock, and that was a disaster right from the beginning. I mean, when Denver signed Keenum, I thought that was a low floor/high risk, and he was bound to regress to the mean after having a good year last year.
That being said, I do think (speaking as a non-Chief/football fan point of view) Denver would be best served to move on from Vance. The hire itself was questionable at best as he had only one year of coordinating experience. [Reply]
