From what I understand, the Buffalo GM gave some press conference comments today where he admitted they are pretty screwed with the salary cap and the fact Cincy has several big time players on cheap rookie contracts. Buffalo can't do much to try to catch up to them due to the salary cap. That's tough to have the GM of the team admitting this stuff in public like that. [Reply]
