I don't do no carb. I do low carb. You still need carbs for strength training. It's very misunderstood by people who think the lower the carbs the better. It's about dosing your carbs correctly and at certain meals.
I do but bacon in from time to time though. I try to watch my salt so that's not always something I go for. [Reply]
