I'm a bit surprised to see Lamar Jackson so high on there. I wonder about their methodology.
If it's an expected pass situation and the Ravens call a pass, but then Lamar runs for a 38 yard TD, does that boost his numbers?

Probably, but he also benefits because they always have to plan for him to run so it lets him have more guys in single coverage, etc.

I had to look up what EPA is, and it's "Expected Points Added" per dropback. So I assume that the stats don't care whether he ran it or passed it.
Mahomes is still a better running quarterback, though. Mahomes is all things. Mahomes passes. He runs. He invests in the community. He increases his wife's bust size. Mahomes can do it all.
