Yeah, SMU played an extra game and they still have 2 fewer appearances against top 10 teams, one fewer win against top 10 teams, and 3 fewer appearances/wins against the top 30.
Not playing in that game and only being 1-1 against the top 30 doesn't make that better than being 4-2 and still not having played any top 10 teams.
They had a chance at a somewhat quality win and blew it... maybe win next time? :-)
Granted, they might have a case to get in over Indiana... they actually had a worse SoS than SMU and also only have 1 win over a top 30 team. [Reply]
