been so since about the time amos otis got traded from the mets to the royals ~ before sir george brett was on the team. the mets were my team before that.
i'm so happy for andy reid. this is long overdue for him. he's been a complete class act his entire career. and brilliant.
i'm very happy for the chiefs organization. loved watching the raiders - chiefs rivalry in the late 60's early 70's . then christian okoye.
but more importantly i'm thrilled for you guys. the fans. 50 years is a long time to wait. being a rams and royals fan i know a little bit about waiting. but not as much as you guys.
i'm celebrating with you guys tonight. you earned it and you deserve it.
