I just feel like everyone is going to spend all week talking about Mahomes' ankle or Burrow being a Demigod or Chase against this young secondary or Lou Anarumo being a psychopath...and then in the end it's just going to Samaje Perine bludgeoning Bolton and Gay to death.

Ahhh. I get it now. You don't understand what that means. Clay can help you with that. [Reply]

It only does in the sense that they've changed the offense to help the QB more with Burrow out. They're under center more, more play action and the running game and screen game has improved as a result.
It's not that they weren't helping Burrow out before, just that he preferred empty sets a lot and threw the ball a lot and that leads to more pressure and sacks. Not being as mobile early didn't help either. [Reply]
Honestly, Burrow being out is the worst thing that could have happened to every other team in the NFL. The way he played before lead to sacks and hits and somewhat limited the Bengals offense.
Seeing how it runs now will only make him better once he's back in and not missing the reads that Browning is. As well as Browning has been, he's missed several touchdowns on post-snap reads that Burrow doesn't miss. [Reply]

Huh? Your team is completely irrelevant for the rest of the season and who knows if Joe will ever be the same. Uh oh... [Reply]

Relax…you might not be stuck with Guy-who-becomes-Alex-Smith-in-the-playoffs. There has to be a way to void that contract. [Reply]

Oh dude I'm sorry. I can remember back when we were just a piece off from greatness and always coming up short too.
Relax. When Andy leaves KC he might come help you all out too. [Reply]
