It won't show on the scoreboard, but this was definitely one of his best games.
A combination of not-drops, a penalty and two batted passes took away four touchdowns and about 130 yards.
This could have been a five touchdown, 450-yard game.

That was not an easy play. The completion allowed them to run extra time off the clock. I guess he could have just taken the sack as well, but obviously he felt confident enough to pull off that throw.

Reid has let Mahomes throw when we're trying to run clock more often than tradition says you should the last two weeks.
He hasn't done anything to not be trusted.
Bet we see it more going forward.
