This. I don't read the comics, but I've often wondered how this guy has not been whacked yet. It's just not very believable. They need a backround story on how he took power to convince me, but for now it's just not very realistic.

Disagree. He needs that height and weight to look like the comic Negan, but IRL all you'd need to control people like that is a willingness toward brutality. Wild guess: Mullet earns Negans trust and fucks him over for redemption. He will load dud bullets that fail during the war against Rick, or something like that
