Year Two of the Matt Quatraro tenure. Time to take a step up this year. Active in free agency and trades this offseason. A new look pitching rotation and bullpen. Will the young players take the leap up offensively? Bobby Witt extension? New stadium? Will Vinny recover from injury? Salvy taking aim at the Royals record book? Will Cole Ragans turn into the best Royals starting pitcher since Greinke 1.0?

Uh, yeah. This is a Royals thread on a football forum. I don't need bitter Jays fans from nine years ago trolling me as my team attempts a playoff run. Especially ones as uninteresting as you. Just fuck the fuck off. (Or be banned which I would prefer) [Reply]

Who knew words would hurt this much? I didn’t know it was a rule that only Royals fans could talk baseball here. [Reply]

Even if Royals don’t manage a win against the Braves, it may not matter.
I'd love to go into the postseason on a heater instead of backing in. [Reply]

I did not know the WC1 spot is still not locked. We can’t get it but Detroit could. Baltimore will come to play tomorrow. And if they lose and the Tigers somehow do as well, it puts pressure on Detroit for at least Saturday. Me likey. [Reply]

The way things have been going for Detroit, I half expect them to take the WC1 spot! Or, you know, get swept by the White Sox... [Reply]
This game was great example of the professionalism of MLB players.
Marlins have lost 100 games. Traded off their best players. And finishing their season on the road in Minnesota, and heading to Toronto for weekend series.

I'd say yes. Shoot for the 2nd wildcard. Detroit has been so hot that it wouldn't be surprising to see them in the ALCS. If we're still in it as the 2nd wild card it would be worth it to have home field advantage against them. [Reply]
