That may well be the case. I'm definitely not an expert on MMA, but it just seems to me as though the fights are shorter and the number of blows or jarring impacts they take are cumulatively far less.
I"d imagine it's pretty rare for an MMA guy to have a 50-70 fight pro career. [Reply]

Forgot to mention, Ben Askren is getting his title shot against WW champ Lyman Good.
Lyman Good is a BEAST. Too bad Dish Network is screwing me out of the Bellator shows by pissing with FOX [Reply]

That was supposed to be him but there was some speculation it was someone else. [Reply]

No, I just read the story on Yahoo where they said TMZ may have doctored the video.....either way he's still a tough dude. That Garcia fight was awesome. [Reply]

Then again as you brought up Cain is much more technical and precise with his punches. So it could happen. Should be a damned good fight however it plays out.
Brock will pumpkinhead him just like he did Meir!!! It is Brocktoberfest after all... :-) [Reply]

I think so to. I still stand by my prediction of him beating Velazquez, but losing to Dos Santos. Junior is just the anti Brock. Great stand up and take down defense. He poses major problems for him. [Reply]
Roger is one of my favorite fighters ever because of his MT talents and his heart, he's also not afraid to throw down, i'll be pulling for him, but I got Alvarez because I think he has the speed advantage and the ground advantage, but I think it really could go either way.
Lyman Good vs Ben Askren is going to go to Askren, even though I don't like him he's going to likely absolutely wrestlefuck Lyman from rounds 1-5 in an entirely boring Unanimous decision that you will immediately forget.
And Cain is gonna whoop that ass on Saturday. :-) [Reply]
