No

Once before the game, around lunchtime

Then much later after the game, with a big sloppy tray full of nachos

This.

Not sure specifically what it's gonna be yet.
Have heard the phrase "taco bar" mentioned around the house.

Going to do a large charcuterie platter and have stuff to pick on the whole game.

Six or seven different cheeses like Edam, Manchego, Fontina, sharp cheddar, brie, Gruyere, hard salami, soppressata, nduja, prosciutto, capicola, kalamata olives, garlic stuffed green olives, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperdews, cornichons, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, long french baguette, crispy crackers, walnuts, almonds, macadamias, pecans, pieces of chocolate, Pepperdge Farm Bordeaux cookies, fig preserves, some dried cherries, apple slices, pretzel sticks, and a few bottles of wine.

Whole Foods has great selections for cheese and charcuterie items.

Sprouts has bins for small quantities of nits, dried fruit and their produce is great..
