I stopped "shitting" (basically squirting clear liquid out of a hose) by midnight or so. And the procedure itself was nothing. Ate like a mofo afterward.
That's the old prep juice. I did the new one in June. Two 8ounce bottles that I had to drink 12 hours apart with lots of water. I liked the old way better. This new stuff cleaned me out so good that I had to eat yogurt and kefir for like a week to get some good bacteria back in my gut so I could shit right again.
