Were we that far along when we drafted and started a rookie center and right guard? IMO it’s the nature of the beast. The more successful a team is, the harder it becomes to field solid veterans if you want to be successful. Our ability to select and utilize young players, along with their young mistakes, is what’s kept us competitive as long as we have. [Reply]

Very tue, but when said young player is in over his head, you need to take note of it before it destroys his confidence, and in this case, gets #15 hurt. [Reply]
