But again, this is mostly a chance to get a UDFA into your rookie camp, work him out and try to get him into your practice squad. And he’s a nice PS candidate given his lack of experience at CB. Lots of learning left to do and these longer, levers types really need to stay on top of their technique and play recognition.
Don’t expect much in the way of immediate returns and you probably won’t be disappointed. It could happen but it seems unlikely. As a long-term guy who can cycle in and maybe replace Baker by 2023 he’s a nice grab. [Reply]

And for good reason. The nfl doesn’t allow a lot of room for them to flourish. They basically dictate (the refs) the entire game in terms of what they’re alllwed to do.
