With all the recent "reports" coming out about Peyton's multiple injuries now that everybody saw him suck shit through a straw on TV, the Onion once again shows why satire is the most glaring truth of all

Yes. The Broncos remain one of the best teams in the AFC, based on their top-ranked defense and the explosive offensive potential they have with a fully functional quarterback at the helm. Despite Manning's career accolades and remarkable achievements, the 39-year-old passer limited the Broncos' offense with his inability to push the ball down the field.
No, Osweiler has not started an NFL game up to this point. But he is a better fit for Kubiak's offense and gives the wily play caller the opportunity to utilize some of the misdirection movement passes that create headaches for defensive coordinators. Additionally, Osweiler's athleticism will force defensive ends to respect the bootleg, leading to better production from the Broncos' running game.
Given the importance of explosive plays and the running game when it comes to sustained playoff runs, the Broncos are actually better positioned to make a title run with the youngster at quarterback

Adam Gase has done a wonderful job with Jay Cutler in Chicago this year. He's gonna be a very highly sought after man in 2 months.
Hmmm, I'm fairly certain prior to this week, all I heard about was how Gase was riding Manning's jock. Gase was a nobody, but now he's some sorta offensive guru apparently. (good to know)
Bears are 4-5 and Cutler has roughly 2,000 yards with 13 TDs and 5 INTs... INTs are down, but nothing special really. But, by all means, reach down and stroke that shaft for 'em.

Yes, Kubiak broke Clady and Manning.
I always liked Cutler. A lot of people are down on him but I'd take a gunslinger any day of the week and twice on Sunday's. [Reply]

I had issues with his attitude at times and some of his cockiness, but as a player - I've always wished him the best. Dude can make a ton of throws, he's a prettier version of Plummer. [Reply]
