Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Bayless loves playing that role. He gets paid a ton of money to be a major troll. [Reply]

I think Ty was just yanking Patrick's chain on TV. Just good-natured ribbing. We all have friends that we kid, bust their balls, etc. just because we can. It's like a verbal way to play the flinch game.
I love the fact (if true) that our players feel close enough to play around like that. It shows that there aren't any cliques/divisions within the team, like you usually see on most pro sports teams. These guys play with and for each other, not a paycheck, or their own stats, TV time, or whatever. They're more like a family, and families are the strongest kind of teams. [Reply]

Watson's a good QB, he just doesn't have a ton of help. His ability to scramble and make a play is nice. Not Mahomes Nice, but nice nonetheless. [Reply]

I've only glanced at his stats, but it looks like his game has gotten a lot more efficient in recent weeks. He's had basically one stinker, and the rest he's been pretty decent since around week 6? They've also played some bottom-tier teams though. [Reply]

It's hard to believe he's gotten better with the crappy line we have in front of him. Fisher, Allegretti, Kilgore, Wylie, Remmers. Only Fisher was drafted, many of them weren't even invited to the combine.
Imagine what Mahomes will do if we decide to put a stud line in front of him. [Reply]

He's not ever going to have a stud line in front of him. That's not the way you build an offense like this. It's the not the 2003 Chiefs. [Reply]
