It is. It's not a gluten-free diet—only a wheat free one. I can eat other foods with gluten. I am allergic to wheat not gluten per se. And I've been off it way before the gluten-free trend arrived.
Gonna make a lemon poppy seed cake tonight or tomorrow with my own flour. No one can tell the difference. [Reply]

Wouldn't know the difference, never had a food allergy. Well, I can't eat guacamole dip after about two days, feels like my throat swells up if I do. [Reply]
