I would prefer Mahomes be childless and serviced only by barren women once a week on Mondays (Tuesdays if he has a Monday game) to take the edge off.

He needs his test levels as high as possible on Sundays.

Mahomes stats thru the first 6 games of 2018, 2019 & 2020:

2018: 63.6% comp, 18 TD's, 4 Int, 122 QB rating, 8.80yd att, 5-1
2019: 63.9% comp, 14 TD's, 1 Int, 112 QB rating, 9.15yd att, 4-2
2020: 65.8% comp, 15 TD's, 1 Int, 110 QB rating, 7.80yd att, 5-1

Talk about consistent.

His yds/att has dropped to merely human, but that's due entirely to how defenses are playing him, not any drop off by Mahomes himself.

And if half of those penalized bombs hadn't been flagged this season, his average probably would be right back up there around 9yds/att.

if i were awake before my wife left for work, i would have taken a photo, but...

her work sponsored a footy fan appearal day. none of our family is a fan of AFL/NRL, but i talk all the time about the chiefs and their storybook finish last year.

don't know if i mentioned before, but last year she bought me for christmas a mahomes jersey. unbeknownst to her, she bought a womens jersey. so she reordered mine in male :-) annnny wayyyy...

she wore her jersey, and my super bowl ball cap to work. there were actually a couple people who knew who he is :-)
