This is why the Bucs should have went for the 2 point. Todd Bowles is going to get raked over the coals for that decision. They had our defense tired and reeling. [Reply]

Here you go chiefsplanet. This team has surprisingly turned into an old school grind it out, “we know how to win kind of team.” And I kinda like it.
BUT we need a fckn DB. #30 is a liability. Lattimore where are you??
Kareem Hunt is carrying this fckn team.
Patrick Mahomes is getting on my nerves. There it is. I SAID IT !
If Carson Wentz played tonight, would the outcome be any different??? I’ve been sucking Mahomes weiner for 7 years, so much my family won’t watch football with me. But let’s be honest, the dude just isn’t playing that well. And tonight this ankle injury hop-along bullishit has me thinking of Lebron James. It’s gay dude. Mahomes is great. I wouldn’t trade him for any other quarterback in the NFL. But let’s be honest, he set the bar really high and he’s not living up to it right now. Ps…Todd Bowles is Eddie Murphy black and so stupid for not going for 2. That’s how ****ers get fired ol son
Just to clarify- You sold 3 cars (buy here pay here?) started drinking at 11,you suck wiener and your family won't watch football with you. I have a hunch they probably don't do most things with you. [Reply]

We have a couch potato hero Kareem Hunt carrying this team. Mahomes looks average as fck the whole game but manages to make it happen when it matters in the 4th quarter. Idk, this year feels weird. Like we’re the best of the worst

Yeah, without Kelce or Hopkins last night, we lose. We very obviously needed both of those guys. Hell, we needed both of those guys AND Justin Watson. Because Worthy had his head up his ass all damn night. He just wasn't there mentally so we needed Watson to step up and he had some really big catches in that game.
After that fumble Kelce seemed to essentially give up on YAC. Which I guess is fine. But he was catching the ball, finding a little seam to try to get another couple and then securing the ball and falling forward.
In weird weather conditions where the ball was clearly slick, he just did the smart veteran thing where he was willing to just take what was available and keep the chains moving. He learned from the game as the game was in progress.

That was a Skyy Moore game. He just looked lost and confused. I don't know if he was just trying to hard or what but it was a horrid ballgame for him. I wouldn't undersell Hardman by comparing anything he's ever done here to what Worthy did last night.
Worthy went for negative total yards, took a TD off the board by not knowing where he was, messed up another drive by trying to cut ball inside instead of using his speed to get outside and then botched ANOTHER play by not getting his feet down on the sideline.
He was miserable. Just absolutely awful in every way. [Reply]

Nobody seems to have mentioned it, but in the "Why didn't Bowles go for 2" conversation, I think Mahomes is the reason.
Because with 26 seconds and 3 timeouts with a loss on the table if he doesn't get into FG range, you KNOW Bowles was worried about him driving it down the field with 4 downs and getting the game won in regulation.
I think Bowles was content taking his chances with a coin toss because he thought that was a better scenario than giving the ball back to Mahomes. Which makes you wonder why he took a timeout after that play that put them at the 1.
If you're THAT worried about Mahomes, either force KC to use a TO there or simply let the clock run to about 15 seconds before you call that next play. That's still time for 3 plays from the 1. [Reply]
All the over reactions to Worthy's play is ridiculous. The kid is struggling a little but because of injuries he's had a lot of weight put on him as a rookie. In the end I think he'll be just fine. [Reply]

You know what hampered our pass rush?
Sending Malik fucking Herring out there for the entire final drive instead of Uche.
I think Karlaftis was hurt. He didn't even have his helmet on (though he did have it in his hand). I think KC essentially sat him down.
But Uche was standing on the sidelines snapped up and ready to go the whole time. And I saw at least two plays where we sent Herring on a damn stunt - like that EVER had a chance to work.
You have Uche there, you may get that pressure. Because he made stuff happen even when he wasn't the first guy you saw. I watched him every time he was on the field and that was a heck of an addition.
And we didn't use him a bit in the situation that we seemingly acquired him for. I really don't get that. [Reply]

Nobody wants him put on a rack and publicly pilloried.
But to simultaneously say "people are overreacting" while saying "Worthy struggled a little" sure is odd.
Noah Gray 'struggled a little'. Xavier Worthy flat out shit the bed.
It's okay to say he was god-awful last night because he was. If anyone's degree of criticism is out of whack here, it's the guy that thinks Worthy was 'a little' off last night. He was a goddamn disaster. [Reply]

The film in all the previous games has shown him open deep at least twice every game and Mahomes was looking at it him and didn't thrown the touchdown ball. We need him to stretch the field and let Dhop and Kelce work their magic underneath.
He's a rookie who was going to be brought along slowly like most rookie WR's in an Andy run offense. Due to injuries, he's thrown into the fire. I hope he's not stupid, it was just a rookie mistake that wont happen again. But, Veach doesn't usually draft stupid kids out of college. So, I'm still on the Brown train. [Reply]
